Verizon wireless topped the reviews out of all service providers in each
city. This is the same distinction they achieve the last two surveys. That's why many
folks have switched to their company. Verizon is not problem free, what it does offer is a
track record a fewer problems than other carriers. While they may be at the top of the
reviews in terms of service, there is another top seated contender.
Out of 17 cities surveyed T-Mobile came in second for service. 83 percent found it hard
shopping for carriers. All national wireless carriers have problems with billing and
complaint handling. This probably comes as no surprise to anyone who's ever received a
bill.
You will have to sign up for either a 1 or 2 yr service contract with one of the cellular
carrier providers to qualify, and pass a credit approval process as well. A
"completely different" shopping & information gathering experience is to be
had here. I found lots of merchants and little details about who offered the best customer
satisfaction. The goal of this review is to get you to understand how different carriers
